The cold weather is here and we want to help our wonderful community stay warm without extra cost. Here are some quick, low-cost tips to keep the chill away:

🧣 Layer up – Thin layers trap heat better than one thick jumper.
🫖 Keep warm inside – Enjoy hot drinks and at least one warm meal a day.
🚪 Stop drafts – Rolled-up towels at the bottom of doors work wonders.
🧦 Cosy feet – Warm socks or slippers help keep your whole body warm.
🛏️ Night-time warmth – Extra blankets or a hot water bottle can make evenings more comfortable.
