Tuesday 4:30-5:30 and 5:45-6:45 are both Slow Burn Pilates. These classes will focus on strengthening the whole body whilst helping release tensions mentally and throughout the body. Exercises will be combined together to flow through full body movements whilst helping the release tension through the body and mentally. This will help you build stability and control through the body 🧘♀️🧘♂️
