Are you ready to make a CHANGE…? I am an award-winning slimmer after winning a “LIFE CHANGER Slimmer of the Year 2019” with The 1:1 Diet and maintaining since May 2019.
January 2018 marked a turning point, I was a 26 stone hermit. I wouldn’t go out except to take our children to school and only because I had no other choice. Being morbidly obese for most of my adult life, I never really saw each stone creep on until I was a size 32/34.
My biggest fear was breaking chairs. After not fitting in and breaking several plastic and wooden chairs and swings, this haunted me everywhere I went.
Even in my own home, if someone came around which I didn’t know, I would hide away so I couldn’t be seen. I really had no life.
