📢 Easter vaccination clinics are available across Stoke and Staffordshire!

If your child has missed their school-age vaccinations, half term is the perfect time to get up to date.
Our School Age Immunisation Service is running community vaccination clinics for:

- HPV - Human Papilloma Virus (School year 8+)
- Tetanus, Diphtheria & Polio - 3 in 1 Teen Booster (School year 9+)
- Meningitis ACWY (School year 9+)
- MMR – Measles, Mumps & Rubella (Reception age and above, if missing one or both doses)

Booking is required. Call 0300 124 0366 (Mon–Fri, 8.30am–12.30pm) or email school.immunisation@mpft.nhs.uk

• Dimensions, Burslem, Stoke on Trent – 9.30am–3pm
• Balance Street Health Centre, Uttoxeter – 9.30am–3pm

Tuesday 31st March
• Leek Moorlands Hospital – 08:45-3.30pm

Wednesday 1st April
• Wombourne Clinic – 9.45am–2.45pm
• Burton Fire Station – 9.30am–3pm

Thursday 2nd April
• Cannock Fire Station – 9.30am–3pm

Tuesday 7th April
• Sandy Lane Health Centre, Rugeley – 9.30am–3pm

Wednesday 8th April
• Newcastle Fire Station – 9.30am–3pm
• Tamworth Rugby Club – 9.15am–3.15pm

Thursday 9th April
• Rising Brook Fire Station, Stafford – 9.15am–3pm
• Bentilee Family Hub– 9.30am–3pm

Friday 10th April
• Lichfield Fire Station – 9.20am–3.10pm
