‘I’ve found me again – now I’m helping others do the same ❤️!’

As a busy mum, Charlie often put herself at the bottom of her own priority list ⬇️. After her son’s first birthday, she joined her local Slimming World group – and everything changed 🤗. With support from her Consultant Amanda, Charlie built healthier habits and discovered why she’d struggled before 💪. Now 8st (50.8kg) lighter, she’s found a happier, healthier version of herself – and a new career that fits perfectly around family life 🥰.
