This is MAGIC sauce … why ?

6 weeks holidays … not routine and sadly no diet

Eaten: takeaways … bread … cakes … alcohol …you name it I’ve had it. Managed to go out running but not as much or as long

Back to school week and back on track. However one thing I have been consistent with is taking my Trim daily and thanks to that I’ve not put a pound on!!!

Sorry for the delay on posting …. Had a bit of an odd morning …..

Results …. 4lb lost …. Which I am really pleased with as this is week 2 of my diet and normally week is 2 is notoriously bad!!!!!

Loved the 5 days… so much do I am going to do it again !!!!!!’

Good Monday morning…. Dreaded weigh in after a 14 night cruise which equalled 14 cocktails… share of 16 bottles of wine ( and I very rarely drink)… 3 good meals a day

Yes I did run 4-4 times and took my Trim… Ignite and white kidney beans every day

All this equalled a gain of 3 pounds… think I will take that … thank you very much !!!!

Even on holiday I have taken my Trim … Ignite and white kidney beans every day … also been running a few times ( today I ran 28 times around the promenade deck to get 4 miles) so hoping to minimise any weight gain

Morning all….. I am currently in Hamburg now and unfortunately not long until I get back to Southampton

Anyway …. I am already thinking when I ge back I am doing a 5 day detox …. I don’t drink normally but have every night of my cruise !!!!

There has been some wonderful result with the cleanse!!!!
