About Dotty Care:

The Role:

30 hours per week salaried contract, flexible working patterns

Mix of care visits (including evenings and weekends pro rata as needed) and office/admin work such as care plans, risk assessments, client assessments, compliance, supervision, and marketing support

Opportunity to work from home or even coffee shops occasionally — office-based but flexible!

You won’t be alone: the owner is on hand at all times, working alongside you on care and all business aspects

A true partnership: this role is for someone who wants to be a right-hand person, helping to grow and shape the business

Care visits are manageable with relaxed hours — evenings not too late, mornings not too early, weekends not too busy

Flexibility needed as we work together to recruit and grow the care team

Who We’re Looking For:

Minimum Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)

Experience in private adult care companies known for quality service

Skilled in care plans, risk assessments, supervision, and client assessments

Committed to delivering personalised, high-quality care with integrity

Reliable, organised, and motivated to grow alongside the business

Able to work evenings and weekends as required (pro rata)

DBS on the Update Service preferred
