A huge thank you to Aromatics International for their generous sponsorship 💚

With heartfelt thanks, Airmid Institute and Roi Farm extend deep gratitude to our generous sponsors! 🙏

Aromatics International proudly supports Crete’s Aromatic Tapestry: Celebrating Biodiversity & Medicinal Plant Riches of Greece, taking place October 17–19, 2025, as a Roi Farm Sponsor! 💚

This sponsorship proudly supports Roi Farm, Airmid Institute’s event partner. Roi Farm is a thriving example of sustainability in action, rooted in permaculture and regenerative practices. Located in Crete, it features rainwater harvesting and companion planting to support biodiversity and soil health. With olive and carob trees, a pond ecosystem, and medicinal plants like Greek sage (‘Salvia fruticosa’), the farm will serve as an education hub during this event.

✨About Aromatics International
Our home is in western Montana, in the valley below the Bitterroot Mountains of the Rocky Mountain range. Surrounded by wild beauty and seasonal rhythm, this is where our work begins with a deep love for the plants, the land, and the people who care for them.

Aromatics International is a family-run business rooted in connection. What began as a shared passion has grown into a trusted source for those who value purity, sustainability, and the quiet wisdom of nature.

We work with small-scale farmers and artisan distillers around the world. These are people we know by name who share our care for the earth and the traditions that protect it. Together, we offer essential oils, hydrosols, and carrier oils that are certified organic, organically grown, or responsibly wildcrafted. Every ingredient is handled with intention and gratitude.

Each essential oil is GCMS tested and fully traceable so you can feel confident in what you are using. Our hydrosols are distilled for their own therapeutic purpose, never as byproducts, and are bottled fresh using aseptic techniques that preserve their vitality. Carrier oils are cold pressed and unrefined. Butters such as shea are prepared by skilled artisans using traditional methods that honor both the plant and the people who work with it.

Each offering reflects the plant in its purest form. Nothing added. Nothing removed. Just the plant, prepared with care and respect.

We are an education-driven partner. Through high-quality ingredients, honest education, and lasting partnership, we are honored to walk this path with you. Our work supports a global community of aromatherapists, herbalists, and wellness practitioners who value safety, efficacy, and ethical sourcing. We are here to help you create with confidence and purpose.

With growers and distillers across the globe, we are all connected through the plants we care for and the values we hold dear. Like the roots of trees beneath the surface, this work reminds us that even across great distances, we are part of something shared. Each bottle carries the quiet strength of that connection.

🌱Aromatics International Commitment to Sustainability
At Aromatics International, sustainability begins with relationships. We work closely with growers and distillers who care for the land with intention. Through organic farming, regenerative practices, and ethical wildcrafting, they help protect the plants, the soil, and the natural balance that allows life to thrive.

These partnerships nurture the ecosystems where plants grow, while also supporting rural livelihoods, honoring cultural traditions, and helping to keep plant knowledge alive. Every step we take, from harvest to bottling, is shaped by respect for the earth, for the people who care for it, and for the generations who will follow.

Sustainability, to us, means creating a future where natural healing remains possible. A future where fields bloom, wild plants flourish, and the quiet wisdom of nature is still within reach. This way of working reflects our mission. It flows through everything we do, from how we build relationships to how we care for each plant. It is how we honor the land, and how we care for one another. 💚
