I am a NHS GP with over a decade of experience in General Practice. Over the years, treating my patients for chronic disease conditions such as hypertension and diabetes started me on a journey to understand, how I could improve my patients outcomes beyond just prescribing a pill. That journey and my own personal need to improve and optimise my own health led me to exercise, yoga and lifestyle medicine.

I was amongst the first cohort of clinicians that undertook the British Society of Lifestyle medicine diploma qualification in 2018 and my journey has continued through my own independent study, reading, and clinical experience leading me more recently to Functional medicine which is a branch of medicine that focuses on treating the root causes of disease.

I am passionate about food and the use of food as medicine. I combine my experiences in these different branches to work on enhancing and optimising the health of my patients.
