Following an emotional moment at the Safety in Beauty Diamond Awards, Barbara felt it was important to share a few words of thanks. 💌
She was recognised with the Special Recognition Award for her many years of dedication, integrity, and her work in championing safety within the aesthetics specialism:

A true leader of the Safety in Beauty Awards, Antonia’s often unseen behind-the-scenes commitment to the Safety in Beauty campaign, and her championing of the Best of British - and soon to be global - aesthetics and beauty sector, deserves the highest recognition.”
I am extremely surprised and genuinely humbled by this recognition, and I know it will take some time for it all to sink in. I also want to offer a huge thank-you to my patients, clients, industry colleagues, and collaborators for the overwhelming number of kind messages I’ve received over the past few days. Your support has meant the world to me.
As I begin my exit strategy over the next year or two, I look toward retirement as a very happy and proud practitioner. This award is a wonderful way to mark the closing chapter of a career I have truly loved.”
