Ann Kilanska YogaLife I guide Stråla Yoga and PiYo classes around Cannock and Stafford as well as work within mental heat What is Stråla? What is PiYo?

I have been very lucky to have completed the first 200 hours Ready to Lead Stråla Yoga Training held in the UK with Tara Stiles, Mike Taylor and Sam Berlind. I turned to yoga a few years ago as a way to balance out my hectic work life. What I found instead was a way to drop the stress, listen to my body and increase both my physical and mental wellbeing. Since then I have also completed 300 hours Stråla Advanced Leadership Training in New York. I have additionally qualified as a PiYo Live instructor in 2018. Having been a competitive figure skater for 10 years moving with ease was an entirely new approach to me and I fell for Stråla easily. Since then I have deepened my practice both at home and by attending a variety of classes. Stråla Yoga is a revolutionary approach to guiding feeling and movement,which gets people radiantly healthy, free, creative, and happy. It combines the movement and healing wisdom of tai chi with the rich form vocabulary of yoga. All Stråla classes move slowly and continuously,guided with deep breath and easygoing movement from your middle. You’ll get strong, let stress go, and accomplish tremendous challenges with ease. PiYo is a hybrid, athletic workout, which combines the mind/body practices of Yoga and Pilates, as well as the principles of stretch, strength training, conditioning and dynamic movement. I hope to see you in my class to guide you to connect with how you feel, move how it feels good, and handle challenges with ease.

Our Story

I have been very lucky to have completed the first 200 hours Ready to Lead Stråla Yoga Training held in the UK with Tara Stiles, Mike Taylor and Sam Berlind. Last year I also had the pleasure of completing 300hrs Stråla Yoga Advanced training in New York city with Tara, Mike and Sam covering tuning into leading, Tai Chi and Shiatsu. More recently I have also started offer Beachbody PiYo Live classes combining yoga and pilates techniques with more dynamic moves like squats and lunges. We flow to funky music keeping things low impact but high intensity :)
