Position: Receptionist

Malcolm Gray and Associates Ltd in Eccleshall and Mincher-Lockett Opticians in Stafford are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated team player to join our team as a Receptionist. We have a position available for either a full-time candidate spread between the two locations or potentially two part-time positions. Saturday work will be required.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a friendly and courteous attitude
- Manage incoming calls and scheduling appointments
- Assist patients with inquiries and provide accurate information regarding services
- Maintain a clean and organised reception area
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a receptionist, preferably in a medical or optical setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills, including email and appointment scheduling software
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Full driving license for travel between the two locations
