We made some cool stuff. My ongoing goal is to simplify protocols.

Why take 10 supplements, when you can take 4?

1. This is going to be my favourite product to support the glutathione system

2. I made this one to support digestion and gut heath through promoting acetylcholine production. It is not specific for the gut, however.

3. Another will be released at the same time. It complements number 1.

4. A new thiamine is currently in production. First ever company to manufacture it. I am super excited about that

I did some research on this.

Although it is true for African American women, it is not a blanket statement for all women.

I did find some interesting research documents.

Basically, stop using anything chemical on your hair.

High dose thiamine is most successful for:

1. Digestive issues (SIBO, gastroparesis, IBS, constipation, etc)
2. POTS/Dysautonomia
3. Chronic fatigue

***based on the current results***

It is a currently a very small sample size, however I hope we can eventually build up 10,000+ testimonials. If you know someone who suffers from these conditions, please share this!!

I have spent the best part of 8 years almost exclusively learning about, applying, and trying to raise awareness of Thiamine's benefits.

But now I need your help. I need to SHOW people it works, not just tell them.

So I am collecting data. If it helped you, this is how YOU can help someone else. This will take 2 minutes of your time and is 100% anonymous

You can share your story with the world, and I can analyze the numbers. The real-world data will be published on the Wiki.

So, will you help me?

https://stories.thiamine.wiki

The data will be indexed and searchable:

- You can search by health condition or symptom
- You can search by FORM of thiamine to see what dose it was used in

The data will help us understand: Which form works best, for which condition, in which dose? How long does it take?

I want to create a database of 10,000+ testimonials to show doctors and researchers that THIS IS WORTH STUDYING

The purpose is to obtain practically useful data which can help people starting out on this journey

If my work has helped you in any way, and if you have personally benefited from thiamine (or tried it saw no benefit)...

This is how you can help me, and potentially thousands of other people. It takes 2 minutes

Many people struggle to understand why high-dose thiamine can have knock-on effects on other nutrients, increasing their demand

In this video I explain in very simple terms why that happens...

And how the symptoms you experience can serve as USEFUL DATA

For example: If you start high dose thiamine and notice...

1. Dry skin or scaly rash on the face, headache, cracked lips = its possibly vitamin B2

2. Dizziness, headache, increased thirst, rapid heart rate = likely potassium or sodium

3. Insomnia, low mood, jitters, cramps, anxiety = very possibly magnesium

4. Foot pain, nerve pain = possibly either B5 or lipoic acid

This is not an exact science and is certainly NOT a perfect system, but it has served me well over the years.

When you work with enough people and trial out different nutrients for different symptoms, you start to see patterns emerge over time

This is a sneak peek at one video from the upcoming course, and an introduction to the "Thiamine BOT" I programmed. The information coded into the Bot draws on published scientific literature on nutritional deficiencies, along with my personal experience and lessons learned via trial and error.

Furthermore, the tool is designed to help people know which nutrients are highest priority to test, and then tell them which tests are best

In this interview we discuss the relationship between hypothyroid symptoms and hidden thiamine deficiency, why tests are not accurate, and how thiamine can sometimes address nervous system dysregulation, gut issues and a whole host of other symptoms.

During my healing journey with Hashimoto’s, fatigue was one of my most significant symptoms. I also had low blood pressure. One of my physicians said “No wonder you’re so tired, your blood pressure is so low!” And then I discovered thiamine and my fatigue resolved and my blood pressure normalized!

In this week’s episode of the Thyroid Pharmacist Healing Conversations Podcast, I sit down with thiamine expert and nutritional therapist Elliot Overton to uncover what might be one of the most underrecognized root causes of thyroid fatigue, gut issues, POTS, and more: thiamine deficiency (vitamin B1).

Even if you’re eating a nutrient-rich diet, chronic stress, medications (like metronidazole), alcohol, gut inflammation, and even tea can block your body from absorbing or using thiamine properly. And guess what? Most standard tests won’t catch it.

Inside this episode, you'll learn:
- Why thiamine deficiency is often functional or localized—not detectable by blood tests

- How thiamine powers your mitochondria, brain, and gut

- Why symptoms like fatigue, dizziness, constipation, and brain fog may all tie back to low B1

- The best forms of thiamine: benfotiamine (for nerve pain + energy), TTFD (for gut + POTS), and sulbutiamine (for focus + mood)

- Why high-dose thiamine (600–1800 mg/day) can be a game-changer—sometimes overnight

- How to prevent side effects by combining it with magnesium, potassium, and a full B-complex

If you’ve tried everything and still feel off, this episode could be the missing piece. Thiamine changed my life, and I’ve seen it do the same for countless others.
