When the weather is horrid outside, our residents at Dora Rose find plenty to do indoors.

Card games are a favourite with the ladies on our Anson Unit. Whether it be higher/lower or matching pairs, they enjoy it all and concentrate lot whilst playing.

The team at Dora Rose created a whole day of spooky fun on Friday.

The morning started with spooky baking with the activity team, our ladies throughly enjoyed themselves.

The residents were then treated to exercises with James. Everyone who gets involved has a great time and there were a lot of laughs.

During the afternoon they were treated to entertainment. Singing songs through the decades. The afternoon was definitely enjoyed by all who attended the party.

Today Julie our customer relations executive has been to the lovely town of Stone.

During her visit she has chatted with lots of people about our beautiful home and promoted our upcoming events.

On 21st November we are holding a cheese and wine night in aid of children in need. There will be entertainment during the night.

Then our next Dementia Cafe is on 29th November, 2-4pm. We will be holding a clothes shopping event. There will be a chance for tea, cake and a natter with our residents too.

Today Julie our customer relations executive has been out in the community of Lichfield.

She has visited many shops, doctors/health centres and Samuel Johnson hospital.

Her aim is to promote our upcoming events at Dora Rose.
