In the treatment room it’s warm and cosy we can hear the sound of rain on the roof. Aromatherapy oils fragrance the air with a cleansing blend of lemongrass, niaouli and thyme. The stones are warming and we have a choice of aromatic reflexology waxes. Balancing and restoring in the dark winter nights.

When I was deeply vulnerable, you praised me
When my husband needed support, you turned up
When I needed mothering, your exquisite eyes found me
When I was gobsmacked at the feats in front of me, you knew I could go the distance.
