But constantly saying yes left me exhausted, overwhelmed, and resentful.

Sometimes it looks like me saying I’m fine while running on empty.
Showing up for everyone else but feeling disconnected from myself.
Handling responsibilities but quietly feeling overwhelmed.

I’ve learned that constant exhaustion, irritability, and survival mode are not personality traits. They are signals.

Burnout is not a personal failure. It’s often a sign that you have been carrying too much for too long.

Most of 2025 I cried, questioned, felt like running away, BUT I NEVER quit and I NEVER WILL!!! I stayed in the 🥼 ✍🏽✍🏽✍🏽

I never lost my prayers 🙏🏽🙏🏽and most days no one EVER checked on me, 🧐🧐but I CHECKED on myself✊🏽✊🏽

I made a Vow to God that I would NEVER sit on my gifts or have a pity party ( for a long time🙄🙄)

some days I took a mental health day 😔and some days I just wept😩😩😢

But I worshipped more than I complained, I danced more than I wobbled and I stayed the course💪🏽💪🏽
