Shirley Lunn Yoga and Sound Healing BWY (500hr) & College of Sound Healing diplomas, fully insured I have been practising yoga and meditation for over 25 years.

I believe that everybody can do yoga, at every phase of life, whatever their age and ability. I am a qualified fitness instructor and PE teacher and a registered British Wheel of Yoga student teacher, licensed and insured to teach yoga to adults of all ages and abilities.
