Shiatsu - a typical session

Helping to see space and stillness.

I believe that if we are supple then we are able to deal with, not be affected so deeply by hiccups in life.

I use mobilisations, light stretches and holding to aid the body in creating space.

Working with, or tuning into different body rhythms aids deep relaxation or tuning out external pressures.

Fire Breathing. Bringing a racing mind back to the Body.

Fast Breaths for 10sec then hold for 10sec.
Fast Breaths for 20sec then hold for 20sec.
Fast Breaths for 30sec then hold for 30sec.

Easy to remember, 10, 20, 30. Great for anxiety etc and can be done whilst driving, out walking etc.
