This class is a gentle invitation to begin the year feeling calmer, more regulated, and more connected to your body.

You can expect:
Gentle, beginner-friendly yoga

Today we had the joy of supporting team with staff wellbeing and sound healing sessions — and what a beautiful experience it has been ✨

Watching their staff deepen into rest, connection, and presence during their session with Emma was so uplifting.

Emma also had the opportunity to experience The Ark’s energy-measuring wellness chamber herself and witnessed a profound increase in her energy and balance — a reminder of how powerful intentional space and care can be 🌿 

Thank you to The Ark for welcoming us in. It’s been a positive and heart-expanding collaboration — we’re grateful for every moment shared.

Lately I’ve been choosing to flow instead of force 🤍

Across work, my child’s education, and home life, I’ve noticed how much softer things feel when I stop pushing and start listening. Softening the grip. Trusting the process. Allowing things to unfold rather than trying to control every outcome.

When we stop forcing, the nervous system settles. Our breath deepens. Clarity and creativity return. We respond instead of react.

Flowing doesn’t mean doing nothing — it means moving with intention, compassion, and trust in timing. It’s been a powerful reminder that wellbeing isn’t something we achieve through pressure, but something we cultivate through presence.

Today, ask yourself:
Where could I ease off slightly?
Where could I allow more flow?

Strive Academy is a truly inspiring setting — a place where young people are encouraged to explore different ways of learning, develop core life skills, and grow through hands-on, creative, and vocational pathways. Their commitment to nurturing emotional, social, and academic progress aligns beautifully with our mission.

When you take even a few minutes to pause, breathe, walk, journal, create, or simply slow down, your body and mind respond beautifully.
Rest and joy aren’t luxuries… they’re nourishment.

Taking time out supports:
