Over the last 10 years our coaching business has evolved more than we could have ever imagined. What started as freelance coaching at other gyms became our own small PT studio. This quickly evolved into a weightlifting and powerlifting facility and tripled in size. With athletes completing all over the world and earning us the Tameside Sports Club of the Year!
2025 saw our favourite evolution yet! We have now evolved into a group coached strength and conditioning facility and from a brand new venue 🤩.
We’re still home to many Olympic Weightlifters & Powerlifters and will have lots more happening in this area when our brand new floor/lifting room is ready 😅. Stay tuned.
It is our mission to make strength and fitness training accessible to all so something new was needed.

You’re coached through lifts, movement, pacing and options. We watch, modify, cue, correct and support.
