Tonight's full moon in ♉ Ta**us invites grounding, gratitude and embodiment. It's cosy season in the cabin 🍁🍂

A deeply soothing massage using the placement of basalt chakra stones and crystals on the body for deep heat to alleviate muscle pain and tension, and chakra balancing. Massage is healing...

I've talked to many people over the years who consider massage a 'luxury' or a 'treat' and honestly, massage is something we all NEED.

As well as the physical benefits massage has to offer (when you're in pain or discomfort), it has a huge impact on our mental health and our overall nervous system.

A monthly massage will leave you feeling new. Reset. It reduces stress and anxiety, promotes sleep quality, promotes emotional balance and so much more 💆🏼‍♀️
