🖋️ Journaling...
𝑾𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒊𝒔 𝒋𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒏𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒈?
Simply putting pen to paper and writing about anything you wish to release or reflect on so you can manage your emotions and gain clarity. Anything painful, anything you're struggling with or feel strongly about, write it and don't hold back. If you're angry be f*ing angry. If it makes you sad, allow the tears to roll down your face as you write. If it makes your soul dance, write it down. Be as honest with yourself as you truly can be.

Writing down your thoughts, feelings, experiences and emotions, is so good for release and reflection. It helps to reset the mind and understand what you're working on. It's a great way to get things off your chest, without having to talk to someone else about the way you are feeling. It helps with personal growth and enables you to connect with your inner self and understand the patterns of your thoughts and behaviours.

🍂 Daily intentions
🍁Gratitude (3 things that you're grateful for each day)
🍂Your problems and potential solutions 🍁Your stresses, worries, fears, concerns
🍂Free writing - just write whatever comes to mind
🍁If you're dealing with an issue with someone specifically but don't feel that you can talk to them directly, you can write to them but burn the letter - this is another great way of release work 🙌

The fifth chakra, located in the throat, connects us to our expression self, reinforcing communication, speech & healing. I often talk to my clients about journaling when we're dealing with a blocked throat chakra through Reiki. If you have any questions about journaling, feel free to drop me a message 💙
