Half a year has passed in a flash and our baby girl is suddenly 6 months old! 🫠

I'm easing my way back into the world of 'work' and so grateful to have a job that doesn't feel like a job. It sounds a little cheesy but coming back to my Tuesday night classes last week was like coming home ✨

Arguably Sean was the one doing the real 'work' at home keeping Rose entertained while I got to go on a little jolly and teach a couple of yoga classes 🙏🏼😂

For the rest of 2025 I will be running classes on Tuesday evenings and Caroline will continue to cover the Saturday morning sessions.

In January I'll likely be adding a few more classes to my schedule AND I'm hosting a two-night retreat in Norfolk which I CANT WAIT for 🤩 (only a few rooms still available - if you're considering it, now's the time to reserve your room!) https://www.emilyrowellyoga.co.uk/winteryogaretreat

Hi all! Stopping by to let you know that I'll be teaching a yoga class this Saturday (16th) on Stamford Meadows 9-10am and I'm very excited about it 🤩 Book your spot via my website 🙏🏼

After that I'll be continuing to enjoy maternity leave until October when I'll be resuming regular classes. More details on that coming soon! 🙏🏼

My name is Emily Rowell and I teach Hatha Yoga in Stamford for complete beginners and experienced yogis alike.

I whole-heartedly believe everyone can benefit from yoga in some way. Maybe you suffer from back pain, have tight muscles or lack core strength? Perhaps you have a fairly healthy body but you struggle with a busy, anxious mind? Or it may be that you simply want to feel more comfortable and confident in your own skin?
