Hi I’m Kirsten 👋🏻
I’m the face behind the Pilates Suite online and I will be taking you through your classes.

A bit about me …
I live in Farnham, Surrey with my husband Robin, my son Alfie and Teddy our fox red Lab!
I have been running my Pilates studio in Farnham since 2006 from which I teach single or shared classes on the equipment, reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair and Spring Board, my clients range from 20 yrs – 80+ years.

I decided to create an online platform (Pilates Suite Online) focusing on helping women pre and post menopausal creating a community of strong, healthy, likeminded women.

❤️ APRIL is nearly here team and exciting news we get to move to OUTSIDE for Monday class!

❤️From 1st April
Monday 7.45pm will be a BOOTCAMP/Circuit class held at St Micheals School. (LIMITED NUMBERS)

❤️Class will be for ALL monthly members and NEW members too at £6 a class.

❤️Monthly membership is £35 for the month for unlimited classes which include online classes too.

Classes online look like this....

❤️Tuesday Metafit (New) 7.15pm
❤️Tuesday Pilates 7.45pm
❤️ Wednesday Insanity/Abs and legs/ Tabata 7.30pm
❤️Thursday yoga 7.30pm

Decided to take some action after a relatively unhealthy lockdown. The first thing I did was have this InBody Test with Duncan. He goes through everything at first, then you have a short, non-invasive test and then an in depth review of your results, followed by bespoke advice on the way forward. You leave with a nice detailed, A4 report showing your results and all of your details on a phone app too.

Highly recommend anyone that’s the slightest bit interested in their health and body composition whatever their age, shape or fitness starts here before going any further.
