Our Rambling Club isn't keeping us indoors despite the weather, we went off doing our volunteering at Orrell Water Park and a lovely walk thrown in 😁

Jean has been busy doing what she does best, shopping and buying sweets for everyone 🛍

Others have been busy creating props for our upcoming events, and our usual keeping fit with exercise, dancing and even some indoor boules 💃🥰

We certainly are good at keeping busy and having fun in the home!

We did all sorts, from games to baking and gardening, getting little seeds planted ready for the garden 😀

The event is kick-starting an initiative, Together at The Village, where we, along with our sister homes, Langtree and Lakeside Care Home, will be hosting a series of events to better integrate with the local community and, of course, residents and their loved ones! 👏

Residents enjoyed creating arts, doing crafts, and eating barbecue-style food for Australia Day 🇦🇺

As always, thanks to our great cooks for the lovely food!

While that was going on, Jean enjoyed a shopping trip with tea and cake, and our Mary taught her first Tai Chi lesson which was a huge hit 😍 🥋
