Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily care management and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Contribute to both operational and strategic planning initiatives.
- Conduct quality control audits and maintain comprehensive administrative records.
- Manage and develop a skilled and motivated team of office staff and Care Specialists.
- Act as a representative for Fortunes Gate Care within the local community.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Foster collaborations with local community and charitable organisations to enhance service delivery.
- Drive business growth and revenue generation.
