Feeling the winter blues more than usual? Seasonal affective disorder (SAD) can hit harder at this time of year — but small steps can make a big difference:

🔵 Get moving with any kind of physical activity

🔵 Make the most of natural daylight

🔵 Plan ahead for tougher days with less pressure and more rest.

If things feel overwhelming, treatments like light therapy, talking therapies can help.

Winter viruses like flu, COVID-19 and RSV can make COPD symptoms worse — but vaccines can help protect you. 💉❄️

If you have COPD, ask your GP or pharmacist about your free winter vaccines, including:
✅ Flu – if you’re over 65, high risk, a carer, pregnant, or a close contact of someone immunosuppressed
✅ COVID-19 – if you’re over 75 or immunosuppressed
✅ Pneumococcal – if you’re over 65
✅ RSV – if you’re over 75 or more than 28 weeks pregnant

Protect your lungs this winter. Breathe easier, stay well. 💙
