🟣 It’s Crohn’s & Colitis Awareness Week!

Crohn’s Disease and Ulcerative Colitis are types of Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) that cause painful gut inflammation and ulcers.

Symptoms can look like other conditions, so it’s important not to self-diagnose.
If you’re worried about any symptoms, please speak to your GP. 💜

🔵 Get moving with any kind of physical activity

🔵 Make the most of natural daylight

🔵 Plan ahead for tougher days with less pressure and more rest.

If things feel overwhelming, treatments like light therapy, talking therapies can help.
