We provide a service that empowers and supports women, children and their families to move beyond the constraints of mental health, poverty, domestic violence and worklessness. What we do:

If you would like to find out more about us please give us a call. We sell a range of handmade and unique home wear and gifts. Because all our products are handmade, we can offer a bespoke service. We make alterations to garments, bespoke size and style cushions and made to order products. 🌟 Celebrating Karen’s Health & Wellbeing Workshops with the FREE Project 🌟

Last week, our amazing counsellor Karen hosted a series of Health & Wellbeing workshops in partnership with the FREE Project, welcoming a wonderful group of women into a safe and supportive space. 💜

Throughout the sessions, Karen guided the group through:

🧘‍♀️ Mindfulness and breathing exercises to reduce stress and bring calm into everyday life.

💬 Open conversations around self-care, confidence, and the importance of setting healthy boundaries.

🤝 Interactive group activities that encouraged connection, peer support, and building resilience together.

The women left feeling empowered, uplifted, and equipped with new tools to support their wellbeing. Many shared how valuable it was to take time for themselves, reflect on their journeys, and gain strength from one another. 🌸

We are incredibly proud of Karen for her dedication, compassion, and the positive impact she continues to make. Her workshops are a true example of how guidance and community can transform lives. 💪✨
