This morning, M and O enjoyed a fantastic walk up to Penshaw Monument 🌿🌤️

What an achievement! The climb was worth it for those amazing views — and plenty of smiles along the way. 😊

Today was about more than just a walk — it was about celebrating progress, resilience, and shared success. We’re so proud of M and O for embracing the challenge!

🐾💜 National Love Your Pet Day 2026 💜🐾

Today we’re celebrating the incredible impact our pets have on our wellbeing – and we’re especially excited to welcome Loki, Axl and Bear to the CSG family! 🐶✨

Over the last couple of weeks, these three gorgeous puppies have brought so much joy, laughter and energy into our lives.

At The Care and Support Group, we know just how powerful the bond between people and animals can be. Pets encourage socialising, spark conversations, reduce loneliness and support emotional wellbeing. Whether it’s a walk in the fresh air, a cuddle after a long day, or simply having a loyal companion by your side, the benefits are huge.

Sophie consistently brings a happy, warm, and uplifting personality to her role, which has a really positive impact on both service users and colleagues. Sophie goes above and beyond for all the service user’s she supports and ensures the care she provides is always person-centred. Sophie consistently strives to enhance the quality of life for the people she supports, making sure they have opportunities to take part in meaningful, enjoyable activities. For example, Sophie has recently organized a Christmas eve PJ party, a new year's eve party and a pizza making afternoon for the Service users at Woodland View.💛💜
