Seacroft Green Care Home Our dedicated team provides high-quality nursing, dementia and short-term respite care. Our focus is people, everybody matters and we really care.

Offering 76 beds for nursing, intermediate and respite care alongside residential beds for working age adults who need living support, Seacroft Green Care Centre stands majestically beside the Village Green and adjacent to Seacroft Grange Care Village in the centre of this close knit community. Working closely with award winning architects and interior designers, we believe we have created a Care Centre like no other. Light positively streams in from all sides, and each of the four floors has its own unique identity. We have brought together a full complement of highly skilled healthcare professionals whose passion and commitment to the highest possible standards is evident in everything that they do. Residents, visitors, colleagues … our job is to care and that is what we do.

We are so proud to share with you that we raised an amazing £211! 🎉

A massive shoutout to the incredible team behind the scenes who made this possible especially Laura, Chris and Lisa, our Seacroft Green champions 🥰

A very special thank you for bringing along Ronnie Rhino from Leeds Rhinos 🦏💛 and the one of a kind signed Leeds Rhinos ball (what an unforgettable highlight).

We had a wonderful afternoon welcoming Richard and his lovely companion Honey! 🎸

After Richard’s fantastic set, Honey woke up just in time for the grand finale… and what a finale it was! She treated us all to an amazing display of tricks that truly stole the show.🥰

🐣 Chick Watch - Day 5 (the big house move!) 🐣

Our final little chick made a very late arrival at 11:30pm last night, just making the window of viability! what a diva! 🥰

The older chicks have now moved into the brooder where they’re starting to explore, enjoy their feed, and show off their growing personalities. Meanwhile, our two youngest are staying cosy in the incubator for a little longer before joining the others.

They are all doing incredibly well and have already been flooded with visitors who can’t resist their cuteness 🐥

A special mention to Leanne, who was on hand this morning to help Sam with the big chick house move - teamwork at its best!

🎶 A Magical Day at Leeds Playhouse 🎶

We enjoyed a wonderful day at the Leeds Playhouse, starting with a lovely lunch in the theatre’s restaurant.

After relaxing and enjoying time together, we experienced 'Ancient Oak of Baldor' specially created sensory theatre performance 🥰

From the moment we entered, we were immersed in a world of colour, lights, music, and storytelling. Residents were invited to touch, listen, taste, smell, watch and become part of the journey, creating meaningful moments of connection and joy.

Experiences like this are so important for supporting wellbeing, stimulating the senses, and creating enriching, person-centred moments.

A huge thank you to the incredible team at Leeds Playhouse for such an inclusive and magical experience 💛
