We’re looking for a reliable, enthusiastic, and experienced Pilates Instructor to join our friendly team and cover two busy mat-based classes each week.

🗓 Class Schedule:
• Monday: 5:00 – 6:00 PM in Bishop’s Stortford
• Thursday: 5:30 – 6:30 PM in Harlow

Our classes are well-established with a loyal client base, so we’re looking for someone who can bring great energy, clear instruction, and a genuine passion for helping clients improve their strength, mobility, and wellbeing.

✅ Requirements:
• Qualified Pilates Instructor (mat-based)
• Experience teaching group classes
• Reliable, professional, and personable

A huge thank you to Dr. Craig Rosenbloom for coming in and delivering an incredibly valuable in-service on the role of a Sports and Exercise Medicine Doctor and a deep dive into stress fractures.

Such a great reminder of how important clear communication and collaboration are between physios and Consultants — and how strong referral pathways can make all the difference for patient outcomes.

SCAR THERAPY 🤩

2 years since a skin graft (post fracture).
3 months of scar therapy and we have a scar that is:

- less tight 😖
- less pinned in 📍
- less red 💥
- less dry 🌵

For this particular scar we have used a lot of hands on manipulation combined with Lymphatouch work.

It shows, it’s never too late to get a scar looked at.

Excited to see how much we can manipulate this scar over the next few weeks.

Hi Everyone,

Firstly a massive thankyou to .mums.postnatal.physio , for in trusting me with Strong Mums Huntsman.

Megan has built such an amazing haven for postnatal women to come along with their babies to feel safe loading up and getting strong and I am truly honoured to step into this role.

I went to Strong Mums a year ago with my own little one, so I appreciate the need and importance of this type of class.

I am looking forward to extending my role to not just helping postnatal women in clinic but to also getting more stuck in with the ladies postnatal journey.

I am here to support you, guide you, cheer you on and hold your babies whilst you all get strong.

Big congratulations to our Massage Therapist Andrea who was awarded “CPR Hero” of the year by the British Heart Foundation yesterday. 👏🏼❤️

2 years ago, Andrea’s husband had a cardiac arrest whilst on holiday. As they waited for the ambulance to arrive, Andrea performed 13mins of CPR - ultimately saving his life! 🙌🏼

We are so so proud!
