We are delighted to announce that we have been awarded the Patient Partnership Quality Mark (PPQM) by the Royal College of Chiropractors (RCC). This award is judged by a patient group and takes into account the quality of care and recognises excellence in terms of meeting patient expectations. Practices are required to demonstrate they meet patient expectations in a wide range of areas. This demonstrates our commitment to our patients and reflects the hard work that all our team deliver for you.

As members or Fellows of the Royal College of Chiropractors we follow quality Standards such as this to ensure the best outcomes for our patients.

Launched at the AGM last week, the RCC’s Low Back Pain & Sciatica Quality Standard updates and replaces the RCC's Quality Standards on Chronic Low Back Pain and Acute Low Back Pain. It covers the chiropractic assessment and management of adult patients (aged 18+) presenting with low back pain, with or without sciatica, but excludes serious spinal pathology.

The Royal College of Chiropractors’ Quality Standards are tools designed to help deliver the best possible outcomes for patients. They are a series of specific, concise quality statements with associated measures that provide aspirational, but achievable, markers of high-quality patient care covering the treatment of different conditions. They also form an important part in the process of improving quality and patient outcomes.

One of our clinical directors Mark Gurden, who is the current President of the Royal College of Chiropractors chaired the winter conference yesterday. This is the largest meeting of Chiropractors in the UK. Many of the team attended and a great time was had.
