🌅 "I SAW YOUR BEACH" 🌅

She was stressed. Overwhelmed. Barely holding it together.

As my hands hovered over her solar plexus, an image appeared in my mind. Crystal clear.

A beach. Sunset. Golden light dancing on gentle waves. The sound of the ocean. Peace.

"I'm seeing a beach," I said softly. "Does that mean something to you?"

Her breath caught. "That's my happy place. I haven't been there in years. I think about it all the time when I'm stressed."

"Your soul is showing me where it feels safe," I told her. "Where it remembers what peace feels like."

As the Reiki flowed, I could feel her energy shift. Like she was actually there. On that beach. In that moment. Finally able to breathe.

When she opened her eyes, she smiled for the first time all session. "I could feel it. The sand. The warmth. Like I was really there."

✨ THE WORD THAT CHANGED EVERYTHING ✨

She didn't say much when she arrived. Just laid down, closed her eyes, and let out a long, tired breath.

As I placed my hands over her heart, a single word dropped into my mind.

"Forgive."

Clear as day. Like someone whispered it directly into my ear.

I hesitated for a moment, then said it out loud. "I'm getting the word 'forgive'. Does that mean something to you?"

Her whole body tensed. Then softened. Then she started crying.

"I've been holding onto so much anger," she whispered. "Toward someone who hurt me years ago. I didn't even realize how much it was still affecting me."

The Reiki kept flowing, and more words came. "Release." "Trust." "Let go."

Each one landing exactly where it needed to.

By the end of the session, she looked lighter. Freer. Like she'd finally put down a weight she'd been carrying for far too long.

💫 "MY KNEE JUST POPPED" 💫

I was working on her heart chakra when suddenly - POP - my own knee cracked.

I paused. "This is going to sound random, but I'm getting something about your knee."

Her eyes flew open. "My knee pops constantly! How did you know?"

I moved my hands down to her knee, and the moment I did, an image flashed into my mind. A little girl. Maybe 7 or 8. Running through a field. Free. Joyful. No pain.

"I'm seeing you as a child," I said gently. "Running. Completely carefree."

She started crying. "I used to run everywhere. Before the accident. Before my knee injury. I haven't felt that freedom in twenty years."

The Reiki poured into her knee, but it wasn't just healing the physical. It was reconnecting her to that memory. That feeling. That version of herself who knew what it felt like to move without fear.

✨ WHAT IT'S REALLY LIKE WHEN I READ YOUR ENERGY ✨

People always ask: "How does the intuitive part work?"

Here's the truth - it's different every single time.

Sometimes I see pictures. Like a flash of you as a child, sitting on a swing, feeling free. Or an image of your happy place - a beach, a garden, somewhere your soul feels at home.

Sometimes it's words that just drop into my mind. "Forgiveness." "Let go." "You're safe now."

Sometimes it's feelings - a wave of sadness, a burst of joy, a sense of relief washing through me.

🌟 THE TEXT THAT CHANGED EVERYTHING 🌟

"Can you send me distance Reiki?" she messaged. "I'm struggling today and I can't get to you."

I sat down, closed my eyes, and connected to her energy. Miles away, but right there in my awareness.

Twenty minutes later, my phone buzzed.

"What just happened? I was lying on my sofa feeling awful, and suddenly this wave of warmth came over me. My whole body relaxed. I actually fell asleep for the first time in days."

This is what blows people's minds about Reiki.

It doesn't need you to be in the room. Because energy doesn't care about distance. It moves through space, through time, through walls and miles and oceans.

I was doing a distance Reiki session for a client in Scotland. I was here in my healing room. She was 400 miles away.

I set the intention, connected to her energy, and began sending healing.

Halfway through, I felt a massive shift at her heart chakra. Like something cracked open. I stayed there, pouring in light.

Twenty minutes later, my phone buzzed.

"I don't know what just happened, but I suddenly started crying. My chest feels so much lighter. Did you do something?"

Yes. Yes I did.

This is what people don't understand about Reiki - energy doesn't care about distance. Healing doesn't need you to be in the same room.

Because we're all connected. All the time. Through the same infinite field of consciousness.

The moment I placed my hands near her root chakra, I understood why.

Her foundation - that sense of safety, security, groundedness - was completely shattered. Like she'd been living in survival mode for so long, her body forgot what safety even felt like.
