Your Hearing Clinic is officially 1🥂🎉
It’s easy to forget just how much can happen in a year when you’re busy showing up every day, doing the work, and building something you believe in. So today, we’re pressing pause to reflect and celebrate the highlights of our very first year.
We officially launched back in February 2025 with a big idea and a clear purpose: to do hearing care differently in the local community — more personal and more community-led. A few months later, we celebrated our “cutting the ribbon” grand opening alongside prominent figures from the Stansted Parish Council and Bishops Stortford Council, a proud moment that made everything feel very real.
This year took us out into the world too. We attended our first event hosted by stepped into a governance role within the industry by being elected onto the Board of the (still a pinch-me moment), and attended our first BSHAA and AIHHP events as Your Hearing Clinic. We recorded alongside for their business spotlight and we were Star struck when we had in the clinic.
We finally got to meet and in person and reconnected with , appeared on our first ever podcast, Happy hearing and then went one step further by creating our own space for conversation with the first episode of The Listening Lounge 🎙️ (available to watch on YouTube).
We also collaborated with .me to support their brand and showcase their mission.
We delivered our first community talk something that sits right at the heart of why we do this with and perhaps most humbling of all — we reached over 120 5* Google reviews. That’s 120 people who trusted us, supported us, and took the time to share their experience.
So yes — one year in.
One year of learning, growing, connecting, and building something we’re incredibly proud of.
Thank you to our patients, our community, our peers, and everyone who’s collaborated with us, or simply believed in our goal.
