We have recently implemented a personal GP list system and welcomed a new Salaried GP to our team. These changes are designed to improve continuity of care and ensure that you have a dedicated GP who is familiar with your medical history and healthcare needs.

To allow these changes to take effect and to give our new GP the opportunity to settle in, we kindly ask that you remain with your assigned GP for the time being. This period of stability is important for building strong, trusting relationships between you and your GP, which is essential for effective healthcare management.

We understand that continuity is key to providing the best possible care, and we are confident that these changes will benefit you in the long run. We appreciate your patience and cooperation during this transition period.

Just a reminder that our computer systems will be merging with The Motes on Friday therefore we will be unable to access any notes, patient information or issue regular medications. We are hoping to be back up and running by Wednesday. In the meantime we will only be seeing emergency patients.
We will also be closed Thursday afternoon for protected learning and to prepare for the merge. If you have an issue that you think can not wait please contact 111. Thank you for your understanding.

Due to our merge with the Mote in Maidstone, our computer system will be down between midday 9th May to 12th May. To try to reduce any impact this has on our patients any regular medication that is requested in the next two weeks will be doubled. This means you will receive two months worth instead of one.
We are doing our utmost to ensure this crossover is as smooth as possible. Thank you for your understanding.
