Iden Manor is a very special part of a family-owned and run business, with the unswerving dedication of family members who are actively involved in providing the very best care for the elderly, frail and vulnerable. From the very beginning it has been run with a focus on quality in all things, and we ensure that focus is maintained through developing a high degree of quality awareness in all of the people who work here. Following our latest CQC inspection, we’re delighted to say Iden Manor has achieved GOOD in all five areas:

✅ Caring
✅ Responsive
✅ Well-led

The report praised the home for:
🌟 Managing risk effectively to keep people safe
🌟 Safe medicines management
🌟 Having enough skilled staff and nurses, supported by training and supervision
🌟 Strong infection control and health & safety checks
🌟 Visible leadership and a positive culture where staff feel supported
🌟 Listening to residents and relatives, using feedback to keep improving
🌟 Working towards Gold Standard Framework accreditation
