Iden Manor is a very special part of a family-owned and run business, with the unswerving dedication of family members who are actively involved in providing the very best care for the elderly, frail and vulnerable. From the very beginning it has been run with a focus on quality in all things, and we ensure that focus is maintained through developing a high degree of quality awareness in all of the people who work here. We achieve this through providing assured, sensitive leadership and management, and well-structured on-going training for everyone

We recently completed our in-house sensory training, and it was truly an eye-opening experience. It gave us valuable insight into the challenges faced by individuals who are hard of hearing or have visual impairments—things many of us take for granted every day.
We’ve all learned so much, and we look forward to putting these new skills into practice at Iden Manor. We are also proud to announce that we now have two Sensory Champions, Kirsty and Aleena, who will help lead the way. They will be sharing everything we’ve learned with our colleagues across Iden Manor, ensuring we continue to improve the support we provide.😁
