π§ Sweet hydration with Jelly Drops π¬
Weβre excited today; exploring tasty hydration jelly sweets designed to support people who may be at risk of dehydration.
Today, some of our lovely support workers popped in to collect Jelly Drops for their clientsβ¦ and of course, had a little taste themselves first π This helps them confidently encourage their clients to try them too, making hydration more enjoyable and less of a chore.
If you or someone you support struggles to drink enough fluids, these could be a great little boost to daily hydration π
Well done to our amazing team for always going the extra mile for those they support!

Working in the health and social care sector as a domiciliary support worker is often misunderstood, leading to stigma and undervaluation. However, this role is essential in promoting dignity, independence, and equality for those receiving care. Anyone can be a carerβregardless of age, gender, background, or experienceβif they possess empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others. Equality in care means treating every individual with respect and fairness, ensuring both carers and clients are valued equally. Recognising the importance of carers helps challenge stereotypes and highlights the professionalism and compassion required in this vital area of work.

National Random Acts of Kindness Day celebrates the power of small, thoughtful actions to create meaningful change. Kindness, though simple, has the ability to strengthen communities, improve mental well-being, and foster empathy in everyday life. This observance encourages individuals to practice compassion without expectation, reminding society that positive change often begins with small gestures. In 2026, the day serves as a reminder that kindness is not limited to grand actions but is most impactful when practiced consistently. πππ
