For Clients:
Communicate openly: Share your needs, concerns, and feelings with your caregivers. This helps build trust and ensures you receive the best possible care.
Stay engaged: Participate in activities you enjoy, and stay connected with loved ones to maintain a sense of purpose and well-being.
Be patient: Allow your caregivers to get to know you and your routines. It may take some time to adjust to new faces and care styles.
For Staff:
Show compassion: Treat every client with kindness, respect, and empathy. Your care and attention can make a significant difference in their lives.
Be flexible: Every day is different, and clients' needs can change suddenly. Stay adaptable and responsive to their needs.
Take pride in your work: Your role is vital to helping clients maintain their independence and quality of life. Your dedication and care make a real difference.
