🌈 Every 1st Friday in the month we come together to enjoy a relaxing and peaceful healing Meditation. We welcome you to this calming and rejuvenating space where you can escape and take a break from your every day life, meet with friends and take some time for yourself.

Included:

* 🪔Use of heavenly essential oils

* 🔮 Choose your own crystal to use and take home

* 🧘‍♂️ A short gentle breathwork practice & gentle Yoga movements to prepare you for the meditation

* ✒️ Written & guided meditation by Becky

* ❤️‍🩹 Optional "off body" Holy Fire Reiki for up to 5 minutes each during second half of the meditation

* 💤 Leave feeling relaxed, peaceful and ready for a great nights sleep

👘 Wear comfortable clothing. Bring a yoga mat, blanket and cushion, drink/water bottle with you
