On Friday 27th February we completed the sale of our Falkirk practice to our associate Carla Haldane and her husband Eddie Walker. We wish Carla, Eddie and the team all the very best for the future.

Donald will no longer be working at the Falkirk practice. He will be increasing his hours at Stenhousemuir.

A triage service is available 2-4 on Christmas Eve. Please phone the practice for details.

On December 25th,26th,27th,28th, January 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th, if you have a genuine dental emergency, please phone NHS 24 on 111.

We will be running by appointment, emergency clinics between the Stenhousemuir and Falkirk practices on December 29th,30th and 31st. Please phone between 9-9.30 for a morning appointment and 2-2:30 for an afternoon appointment.

The Stenhousemuir practice is open on the morning of 29th,30th and afternoon of the 31st.

*EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY*

We have a vacancy for a trainee dental nurse at our Stenhousemuir practice working 8:30-6pm Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday and 8:30-5:30 pm Friday. You will be required to work towards an SVQ Level 3 qualification which will lead to registration with the GDC.
The ideal candidate should have four Nat 5 qualifications (or equivalent) including English.

Forth Valley Royal Hospital was affected by a brief power outage this afternoon, however power has been now restored to the site. There was a short period before the back-up generators came onstream, where contingency arrangements were required to be put in place across the site.
