Our residents had the joy of welcoming a beautiful church service from St. Joseph’s Church! 🎶🙏 It was a heartwarming experience filled with uplifting music and a wonderful sense of community. A big thank you to everyone who joined us, and a special thank you to St. Joseph’s for their visit! ✨

🐦✨ Exciting times at martins house, as performing pets brought joy to our residents! Meet Bongo, the magnificent barn owl who stole the show with his enchanting presence. 🦉❤️ The smiles and laughter were contagious as everyone got to interact with this beautiful creature. It’s moments like these that remind us of the wonders of nature and the joy of connection! 🌟

🎃👻 Spooktacular Halloween Fun! 👻🎃
Our residents had a frightfully good time playing Halloween Picture Bingo, everyone who joined in took home a sweetie goody bag, while our amazing kitchen team treated us to delicious cakes enjoyed with a nice cuppa! 🍰☕ Even our pet therapy pooch, Lizzie, got into the Halloween spirit! 🐾🕷️

🎨✨ The fun didn’t stop there! Our residents also got creative with Halloween arts and crafts, designing adorable pumpkin faces and painting beautiful tea light holders for our festive display. 🕯️🎃

We had a fun and engaging quiz all about the Highway Code and road signs and it was brilliant to see how much our residents remembered! 🛣️🚗

It was not only a great way to jog our memories, but also a fantastic chance to learn together and work as a team.

🎉🏇 Exciting times at our community event! Our residents absolutely loved the new horse racing game — placing bets with casino-style chips for the chance to win amazing prizes! 🏆💰

It was a thrilling experience filled with laughter and friendly competition.

🎉✨ We were thrilled to celebrate Age UK's Silver Sunday with the incredible singer Robbie Miller, who joined us for a day filled with uplifting music, joy, and true community spirit! 🎶❤️

Silver Sunday is all about promoting inclusion and helping to combat loneliness in the older generation and what a fantastic way to do just that. Our residents were singing along, dancing, and toe-tapping to all the wonderful tunes from the '60s.

A big thank you to Robbie for making the day so special! 💃🕺
