Regularity is the key with Thai Massage, but also all forms of Bodywork.

If you want your body to work smoothly you have to look after it - think of it like checking the oil / water / tyre pressure on your car each month.

I often get calls from people asking to be ‘fixed’ - which is ok - but this quote is something I believe quite strongly in with regard to Thai Massage.

Thai Massage should become part of your own wellness routine - like the gym / yoga / running and everything in between.

It’s an investment in your future health and mobility one which should be made regularly BEFORE anything has gone wrong.

For me it’s getting out of the ‘fixing’ mindset and getting into investing in your future self to get the true magic of Thai Massage.

So don’t book once you’ve fallen in the river, book to make sure you don’t get wet 😊

One of our favourite treatments is the lower leg and reflexology massage.

It only takes an hour !!

But when you have been on your feet all day having them worked along with the points on the feet can feel just divine 😊

And then we add in the lower legs to really stimulate good health 🙏

I’ve seen an increase in visits from people with back pain recently.

For most a combination of massage and gentle movement helps move them towards becoming pain free.

The biggest tip I can give you is ‘movement is medicine’

Avoid sitting for long periods, your back will thank you 🙏
