so I’ve created something special 🥰
Join me for a deeply immersive 2-hour sound bath experience, designed to take you gently out of the hustle, and into the sacred sanctuary within, before grounding you back into the present with care and intention.
This extended session allows space to soften, release, and truly integrate before you float home 🧘♀️
What to expect:
A lightly guided progressive muscle relaxation
Intention setting to align with the energy of the full moon
An extended, deeply nourishing sound bath, crystal singing bowls, angelic toning (voice) Tibetan Singing bowls, gong, reiki / shamanic drum, peace chimes.
Hands-on grounding Reiki for each participant.
A gentle, uplifting integration back to full awareness, leaving you calm, clear, and centred.
This is a chance to sink deeper than usual — to rest, receive, and allow your nervous system the time it needs to rebalance, recharge and reset.
