This intimate one-day course is open to a maximum of 4 students, ensuring plenty of individual guidance, hands-on practice, and space for your own experience to unfold.

This week I had the pleasure of holding a sound bath for the Tuesday Yogis 🧘‍♀️ at Timebridge in Stevenage.
I was delighted to have been invited to share their end of year session with them.
I shared my crystal bowls, peace chimes and my voice with 23 truly, lovely souls. 🙏🏼🤍💫

Working on my sound Bath offerings for Christmas.

Born from breath, body, and emotion, the human voice was the first musical instrument. Its natural vibrations resonated through early communities, offering not just communication but comfort.
Our vocal tones carry a healing vibration, calming the nervous system, creating connection, and bringing peace and harmony long before crafted musical instruments existed.

Today I had the honour of guiding three brave, powerful women through the Return to Feminine breathwork journey. ✨

Together, we breathed to release old programming… to soften and let go of stored emotional content… creating space for the full embodiment of sacred feminine wisdom and deeper truth.

It was a profoundly moving session filled with deep releases, waves of empowerment, and a settling of insight into the physical, emotional, and energetic body.

These women showed up with courage, openness, and devotion to their inner work. Allowing themselves to be witnessed, held, and supported in their transformation… and it was nothing short of beautiful.

Thank you, sisters, for your trust, your vulnerability, and your willingness to rise. 🌹

I am honoured to walk this path with you.
