And I am an experienced qualified counsellor offering counselling in Stevenage and surrounding areas. Approaching a counsellor can feel a daunting prospect, but I believe that when you do it is the relationship and joint endeavour between you and your chosen counsellor that can help you to gain clarity and perspective around any difficulties you may be experiencing at any given time



Based on this I believe finding the right person to work with is a very important step in your counselling I therefore offer a free initial meeting of about 30 to 40 minutes to give us the opportunity to see if we feel happy to work together



I am a member of the BACP ( The British association for counselling and psychotherapy) and am bound by and work to their ethical guidelines for good practise in counselling an psychotherapy. This is to ensure that I am working safely and ethically with you the client

My Counselling room is situated within my garden in a building completely separate from my house this ensures total privacy
