I believe that a lot of strokes are progressing or evolving strokes. I believe that they do not present with the F A S T signs and symptoms. I believe that by the time they are diagnosed as strokes it's too late to apply corrective measures like clot busting. I believe that such strokes need to be detected and treated as quickly as possible.
