🎄 SCO Christmas Party 2025 🎄

What a night! Our whole business Christmas party was in full swing at the weekend at Willows Farm, St Albans.

With great music, entertainment and drinks flowing, it was fantastic to see teammates from every department coming together to celebrate Christmas and mark the end of an incredible 2025.

Today we recognise the importance of men’s health, wellbeing and positive role models. It’s a chance to raise awareness and highlight the value of support and inclusion for all. We marked International Men’s Day in several ways, from raising awareness around Movember to making a donation to Prostate Cancer UK, a charity chosen by our teammates.

We have a fantastic team at Step Change Outsourcing and we’re proud to support an environment where everyone feels valued.

As we celebrate 16 years of Step Change Outsourcing, we look back on our journey and some of the incredible memories along the way. We started with 14 team members in Royston, moving through Hitchin, and now thriving in Stevenage with over 200 of us!

Over the years, we’ve celebrated countless holidays together, thrown ourselves into charity events, shared plenty of laughs (and cake!), and built a community we’re truly proud of.

Here’s to 16 years of growth, teamwork, and success, and to many more ahead!
