£9.35 - £9.55 Depending on experience + .45p per hour for weekends

We are expanding our fabulous team, who offer full support to each other due to the quality of their service and the high demands.

About the Care Assistant Role:
As a Care Assistant you will work to promote service users to remain independent in their own homes.

You will deliver care in the home, providing a reliable, personal service which meets the individual’s personal needs.

We offer services in: - Welwyn Garden City, Knebworth, Stevenage, Hitchin, Letchworth and Baldock.

Who are we looking for?
The successful candidates will have the required skills to undertake this role including;
• Experience is not necessary as extensive training will be provided
• An empathetic, and understanding nature as well as a good listener
• Reliable, personable and friendly manner
• Excellent communication skills
• Full driving licence and access to a car is essential
• Fully flexible to work mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends

Care assistant

Drivers Required!

‪We are currently recruiting a Care Assistant to support individuals to remain independent in their own home, assisting with personal care and helping them to get up and ready for the day. This might involve moving and handling equipment to help the individual do this. Full training and support will be provided.

You will be helping clients across the community with tasks such as:

Help with washing & dressing
Shopping & meal preparation
Support with daily routines
Personal care
Socialising and leisure activities
Helping clients access the community
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, well-organised & reliable, caring and sensitive, flexible, committed to maintaining high standards of care and a clear communicator. You must have good communication skills and be a friendly, sociable character. A full driving license and access to a car is essential.
