The Muster Point CIC supports the Armed Forces community through drop-in hubs, peer support, signposting, and our podcast. Company No. 16546675

Veteran-led, community-driven, and here to reduce isolation and improve lives across Hertfordshire and beyond. The Muster Point is a veteran-led support group in Stevenage, providing camaraderie, guidance, and assistance for ex-service personnel. We host weekly meetups (Tuesdays, 10 AM-12 PM at Fairlands Valley Lakes), offering a safe space to connect, share experiences, and access mental health, financial, and employment support. With events, workshops, and advocacy, we ensure no veteran is left behind.

This Friday we release ‘Do They Know It’s Muster Time?’ — our Band Aid–style Christmas single recorded by veterans, Sea Cadets and Royal Marine Cadets.

We made it because there are around 2 million veterans in the UK, and too many face Christmas feeling isolated and forgotten. This track sends one message: you’re not alone.

🎉 I’m proud to announce that The Muster Point Celebration of Remembrance Ball raised an incredible £5,138.

Not bad for four months of planning… and for a community that’s only been running 11 months.
This is what happens when veterans, families and supporters pull together with purpose.

Thank you to every single person who came, donated, sponsored, bought raffle tickets, danced, laughed and made the night what it was.
Your support helps us keep building something special for veterans across Hertfordshire and beyond.

Our very own former Royal Marine Bandsman has flown in from France to lay down the drum track for Do They Know It’s Muster Time — and it sounds absolutely immense.

Every beat, every voice, every laugh in that studio is veterans, cadets and supporters coming together to create something special.
This song is more than music… it’s community.

📍 The Muster Point On Tour

Yesterday Steve and Snotty took The Muster Point on the road to Iris Court Care Home in Hitchin — and what a brilliant afternoon it turned out to be.

They spent time with residents and veterans, swapping stories, sharing plenty of banter and enjoying a proper good lunch together.
Moments like these remind us why community matters and why keeping our older veterans connected is so important.

Thank you to everyone at Iris Court for the warm welcome. We’ll definitely be back.
