Great medal
This medal is not about the time but the journey to complete the distance!
Athlete who has always struggled to run 10km without injuring his claves. This athlete used the internet for sessions and would combine two sessions of intervals and hill reps into the same session.
With a simple program based on time this athlete grow in confidence, understanding of his body, understanding of why to do certain sessions, the importance of warm ups ans stretching. With this new knowledge he completed the 10km and now we help him to do his first 1/2 marathon
