Good morning!

I’ve decided to start a walking group for women here in Stewartby.

Midweek can feel a bit full on, and sometimes it helps just to get outside, stretch your legs and spend a little time in good company.

You don’t have to talk if you don’t feel like it - you might just want the quiet company of others.

It’s nothing formal, just a simple, friendly walk to help us unwind and connect, in whatever way feels right.

We’ll meet every Wednesday at 8pm, just outside the two parks on Oxford Blue Way. Bring your dog, your pram, a hot drink, headphones…whatever suits you.

It’s free, there’s no need to book, and it’s open to all women who’d like to come along.

Looking forward to seeing some familiar faces - and meeting a few new ones too.

Do you have a healthcare benefits plan?

If you do, depending on the company you are with, your level of cover and how many treatments you have per year, you may be able to claim some or all of the cost of your reflexology sessions with me.

Check if you or your partner are covered by your employer as it's always worth checking if your employer offers individual or family cash plans.

Bupa, Medicash, Paycare, Simply Health, Beneden Healthcare and Sovereign are some cash back policies that MAY cover reflexology.
