PATIENT INFORMATION ALERT

Recently there have been instances of patients presenting to the practice with symptoms consistent with a heart attack or stroke without prior notifying the practice.

drop in clinic for childhood flu vaccinations

Childhood vaccination drop-in sessions are available to accommodate pre-school children and primary school aged children, who have missed their in school session.

In July alone, our practice had 66 missed nurse appointments. That’s 66 opportunities lost for patients to receive vital care, and 66 chances where someone else could have been seen sooner.

💡 Why It Matters:

Missed appointments delay care for others.

They can impact your own health and treatment plans.
We understand that life gets busy, but if you can’t make your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancelling in advance allows us to offer that slot to someone else in need.
